I delivered 6 sashes with 12 panes each to Richmond Glass to be glazed. They did not use Dap's oil based glazing putty as we discussed when I dropped them off. Instead, they substituted another product without notifying me. The reason given for this was that the knife would tear the tinted film on the glass - except that the film wasn't on the side where the knife was being used.
