I delivered 6 sashes with 12 panes each to Richmond Glass to be glazed. They did not use Dap's oil based glazing putty as we discussed when I dropped them off. Instead, they substituted another product without notifying me. The reason given for this was that the knife would tear the tinted film on the glass - except that the film wasn't on the side where the knife was being used. Aside from using the wrong product, the workmanship is so poor that the only remedy he offered (to redo them as originally discussed) is also unacc... read more
