Dr. Puneet Kumar is more worried about weight loss and putting me on a weight loss shot than the nausea, vomiting and pain I live with daily. Id rather find the problem than throw a medication that can cause more issues just to look good. Won't be following up with him again. I've gone to Dr.s here and their Lynchburg office and there has not been a single one that were decent. Dr Kumaar at least got a 2nd visit but still wanted to brush me off. I don't know about the doctors but the team whoever makes outgoing phone calls seems to be terrible. I got phone calls and voicemails from them MULTIPLE TIMES for over a year to schedule for an overdue appointment. I was never a patient at this office. On voicemails they would leave sensitive health information such as patient's name and other details. Whenever I told them they have the wrong number and to stop calling me they would ask for the so called patient's DOB (?). How the the heck am I supposed to know that? They wo... read more
As promised to the rude billing department lady, I’m writing my review. This office is completely unmanaged. I was charged a $100 no show fee for an appointment I cancelled by voicemail. The only reason I found out about it is because they sent me to collections. Yes they sent me to collections for a $100 mistake on their end. Even worse, I never received their bills because they had my address wrong. I hope the $100 is worth the many customers seeing this review about how terrible your office is.
