Front office is poorly run. Staff is lethargic and has an attitude that is not great . Doctor and nurses in back were fine. I would not return or recommend this location as a service provider.
Absolutely the worst Dr's office I have ever dealt with. They are impossible to get in touch with. The doctors leave constantly, so you are shuffled around to different doctors with no notice. The worst part is that they are unable to code billing correctly. Every single time they order lab tests, we have to call back and get things entered correctly so we are not charged $800 for a 5-minute visit.
No problem, very concern and listens to issues.
