I can't even get an appointment here. I requested an appointment through their online scheduling portal and I got a call back and an email a full week later. No voicemail and the email basically said "call us to make an appointment". So I don't even see the point in the scheduling portal. I just spent a full hour on hold to make an appointment. Doctor made a lot of assumptions and kept pushing his own agenda on me even after I corrected him multiple times. Did not listen very well and kept pushing procedures that cost more than what I went for. Won't be back. Update: I've called you guys 3 times regarding an outstanding balance I've already paid in full. Donna at billing was supposed to call me back with a resolution. It's been a week get it together.
