Doctor made a lot of assumptions and kept pushing his own agenda on me even after I corrected him multiple times. Did not listen very well and kept pushing procedures that cost more than what I went for. Won't be back

It was hurdle after hurdle dealing with them. They recommended a prep that was $200 out of pocket, they don't answer the phone so there were weeks of phone tag. Then with a week to go before my appt, they informed me my cost would $750 upfront, due before the procedure. For a routine proactive test. I had to cancel and start over WITH ANOTHER PROVIDER as I was not told or informed of this charge. Slimy way to do business in my opinion. Find another provider if your Dr. suggests them.

I had a pill cam done June 24,2026. I haven’t heard a word back from Dr.P.Basi. My stomach issues still exists. The staff there is great.
