I have given many opportunities for this practice to correct its shortcomings but they do not appear to be concerned to do so. From a business perspective, it is poorly and inefficiently run. Serious changes are recommended in general staffing and office management. From a patient perspective, I would advise you to do your research while staying away from this practice. Excellent GI Dr very through.
My experience with Dr. Fasullo was highly positive. The doctor took the time to listen thoroughly to my health concerns, resulting in a mutually agreed-upon and practical treatment plan.
I went to the Midlothian office. In reading other's reviews, I find a lot of similarities to my own experience with this practice. After requesting an appt-I asked for assessment of ongoing digestive and intestinal issues as well as a history of polyps which would mean a colonoscopy- I was sent to a nurse who was a dietician. No proper exam was conducted. I was assigned a colonoscopy with a Dr I have never met who knows nothing about my history.
