The staff was extremely friendly. Their service was not as good. They did an excellent job preparing our loved ones remains. However, they were disorganized. When I went to view the body, the area behind the coffin looked like an opened catch-all junk room. I was shocked! To boot, they allowed random people to take flowers "from the van" during the repass. Despite the circumstances I love this place. As odd has it may seem…Through the toughest times I had to bear Richmond Funeral Home was there. The love and compassion this family showed my loved ones was phenomenal. Not one stone was unturned when it came to caring for us. For this I say thank you thank you thank you and thank you.

My experience was not great at the end the jack up our bill and could not explain why. Watch them they take advantage of you grieving . I was discussing my bill and both owners were very nasty and rude. I got hung on . When the incident happened they was trying to send us to their lawyers. She don’t remember or care about her customer after business is done. And I and paying the fake trumped up charges. You need more than I do . Please don’t bring your lobe ones here. You will be disappointed!
