JR has been my service advisor the majority of times that my car has been brought to ford. He makes my experience painless and easy!! He has always done what’s in my best interest & i’m very thankful!
I decided to stay and wait, while my vehicle was being serviced and they have a GREAT waiting area. They offer water bottles and coffee. The seats are actually comfortable too! They also have a vending machine with FRESH food! If you need to get some work done while there they even have PERSONAL work spaces. I also appreciated the constant communication that the team had with me regarding the care of my vehicle, and I REALLY appreciated that. I look forward to returning, especially since I know that they open at 7am.
