Richmond Ford Service Dept helped us tremendously in a recent error that popped up in our Mach E. While travelling to Richmond from Hampton Roads around the holidays, our car suddenly presented an error message that advised us to stop driving immediately. Luckily, we were less than a mile away from Richmond Ford and were able to get it there safely.
