Friendly and professional environment
Today we had a really bad experience in this office .We had an appointment scheduled at 10.30 AM however it was delayed for 20 minutes.After that my husband was called in to the room and was lying there upside down with rubber in his mouth and injections another 40 minute's, which is unacceptable.Very bad staff and the doctor does not care .The day was gone and for that cost that is paid, I believe they should treat patients with care and not to book hundreds of patients at the same time,just because they want to make money ... read more
I had a pleasant experience of the root canal re-treatment with Dr. Fransen and his team, everyone in this clinic is very kind and professional. Dr. Fransen was very patient and spent time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice; the staff was very helpful and kind and always available to help, lastly, the massage chair is a must try lol… My gratitude for Dr. Fransen and his team goes beyond the stars!
Dr. Fransen doesn't seem like a responsible doctor.He burned my lips with one of his instruments, but he didn't compensate for it and eventually ignored my emails.He also continued to spit out negative words during treatment.I think he damaged a part of my tooth during the treatment, but he refused to compensate for the additional payment because there was no evidence. I recommend to record anything you feel suspicious.
