I have attended both Richmond General and Richmond East UPCC within the past week and I would give Richmond East 10 stars if I could. The in-take was efficient, courteous and clear. The triage was rapid and I could see in the final report that all of the salient points had been captured (this was not the case at Richmond General). I was seen faster than the wait-time indicated on the website (no blood, broken bones or vital emergency). Terrible receptionist. Was not listening carefully , very non-chalant about my needs and got rejected service at 4:07 pm because they said walkin closed at 4
