Absolutely nonsense system to line up people “based on emergency “. This is Emergency Cara not a Hospital. Everyone coming here on foot. The system should be “first come first serve “. Otherwise waiting time will be 8 hours.
Had a good experience there last time. But this time sucked! Came in there wasn't a soul in the clinic just 4 nurses chatting it up in the front then they said they couldn't see me unless I had an appointment. Seriously? Told me to come back tomorrow. This is my free day, what if this turns out to be serious? ..
I was with my husband this morning, when we walked in .There are three receptionists talking and chatting. There was no one in front of us ,so we took the number.and walked up to ask for registration.Then one of the receptionist ask us what number.We have number 5 .then they started asking for number 4 .A lady spoke up and said she accidentally took two numbers .3 and 4 .
