Very easy to work with. Bought my storage unit on Monday and they delivered it on Tuesday morning. The driver was very helpful. He placed it right where I wanted it and leveled it out all in about 10 minutes.
I was in desperate need of a container and didn't have an ideal place to put one. Daniel came out shortly after I spoke to Susan and figured out a creative place to put the container. The driver did an amazing job navigating the narrow street and placing the container. I am so impressed with E-Z's customer service and going above and beyond to help me!! I have used E-Z Box Storage of Richmond for years with the non-profit I support. Most recently, I needed a portable storage unit for a renovation project to our home. Jay and the team could not have been more accommodating. The pick up and drop off were seamless and the driver was on time. I also found that Richmond E-Z Box storage's rates were more competitive than other providers.
