Drove an hour out of our way for our first visit to Dogs N Suds in Richmond. The staff was super friendly and quick to take our order, which we appreciated. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries; my husband got a foot-long chili cheese dog with onion and a side of onion rings. The fries and onion rings came out hot, which was great. Unfortunately, the rest of the food was a different story. My cheeseburger was completely cold and looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp or reheated—the edges were dry and dark.
