Family run business for decades. The patriarch recently passed. Rest in peace, Big Norm. The sons have been operating the business for over 20 years now. The next generation is now involved as well. Walking into this place is like stepping back to a time when service was a thing, and product knowledge could just be assumed. Ya know, before big boxes and Amazon ruined the world.
We are renovating our kitchen and just got our new GE Profile appliances. They are amazing and the refrigerator is insane. Such a great interior design. It is the same size as my old one but so much more room. Dealing with everyone at Richmond Appliance has been a great experience. We personally dealt with Greg who was wonderful and extremely knowledgeable. The entire staff was amazing and such a nice group of people. I would highly recommend Richmond appliance to anyone who is looking for a new appliance.
