One of the best appliance stores on the island if not the city. Prices are always competitive and usually a little lower than any big box store. Everyone inside is extremely Knowledgeable and super friendly!
I decided to go with this company for peace of mind in regards to installation, and I’m glad I did. During the process, they discovered a clogged pipe in my old home and replaced it for free. I ordered the appliance online and in terms of pricing, they were comparable to big box stores for the stove I bought.
Best place to get a washer and dryer not to mention the establishment is like a museum with the history of old washers and refrigerators that they have for display! Got a good washer from there will be going back for sure for sure!
Been using Richmond Appliance for over 30 years. Won’t go anywhere else. Friendly , family business that no one else measures up to. I trust them so much I have called over the years on a few occasions and bought appliances without even going into store. They are that trustworthy and reliable.
