Very dismissive. Did not spend any time listening to my experience. Started to back out of the room while I was still speaking and never returned. Did not feel valued or heard and will not return. Do not see this doctor.
Dr. Peck is the best hands down! My daughter went to 3 different doctors who should have been able to diagnose and treat a very painful condition that she had. It took Dr. Peck less than 5 minutes to identify what was wrong with her.
Dr. Peck was terrific. Smart, kind, thorough and she listened to all my concerns. Office staff are polite and very efficient. So glad to have her in Richmond!!
Absolutely the worse experience with Dr. Peck. My dauther had an appt with her in 2021 for acne and possible staph infection. Dr. Peck advised I don't have time to discuss everything, only one issue, you will have to make another appointment. Dr. Peck was laughing in her face when my daughter asked for her opinion on acne treatments and was completely condescending, rude, and spent less than 5 minutes with her. My daughter left in tears.
