DO NOT GO HERE!!!! It started out so good!! I loved Dr Josh and Dr. Moe!!! Dr. Josh did amazing work!!! The staff, Dana and Cassidy were amazing!! Then due to corporate greed, they got rid of the whole staff!! I had to call for weeks, without a call back, until I called the corporate office. The Dentist that is there now, Dr. Kahkar is awful!!!! He spoke to me like I was an idiot!! I had to bring my contract with me to prove to him he was incorrect!! He is condescending and pompous!!! Doctor Kakkar is very patient and understanding with our concerns with the dentures. The staff made us feel like family we have no regrets in choosing Richmond Dentures and Implants.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable on questions and explaining everything. The cost is the only issue being way overpriced and beyond my means. Wish id known prior to going i wouldn't have taken a half day off work and wasted gas gas to get there and back. As a comparison I could buy a new vehicle for what they wanted.
