I had a wonderful experience, everyone is nice the office is very clean and seem to be time conscious with their appointments and that’s very good!
Dr Jeff Rothstein talks to you more like a friend than a dentist. He tells it like it is! He is very forthcoming with the details of procedures. He informs you of what needs to be done and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. His many years of experience show in how he handles difficult dental work. Very honest and friendly!
The office manager Jordan, refuses to make appointments without money upfront. He blames the insurance. I’ve never had an issue with my insurance in almost two decades. Including other work I had done at this office. They confirmed 2x that he never sent the claim in. He repeatedly lies to me saying he did. This guy is a scam artist. Beware!
