Richmond Construction came to my rescue after 4 unsuccessful sewer pipe snake clearing events and a camera inspection that detected trench rot. In a single day they dug up part of my front yard. The sidewalk and most of the street and replaced a decayed and rotten waste line. In that same day they installed a new six inch diameter pipe, closed the street with a new sand and gravel mix, poured a new sidewalk and repaved the street. Richmond Construction was called in by AWR for repairing a collapsed sewage pipe. Once it was decided excavation was required. They were super responsive and was able to come next day to complete the work! Sergio did great work leading the team. Work couldn’t have been done better and cleaned up nicely! They followed up on all my questions and concerns. Highly recommend!!!
