DEP had to change out my water meter so I closed my Main valve to the house. Valve was frozen closed. I had a family friend recommend using them as they are listed with the water insurance company. The same evening they coned and posted construction signs and first thing in the morning were on the Job. They broke ground accessed city water supply and had me back in business in 3&1/2 hrs. Eric, a plumber sent by Richmond Associates,, was most impressive in fixing a clogged sewer line extending out 16 feet underground from my house. The methodical steps in he took in removing the clog showed his clear analytical thinking. What I especially liked was that he explained what he was as doing and answered all my questions professionally.
I had a huge job. My sewer line had collapsed and my water line was lead both needing to be replaced. The problem was that my house is 22 feet high on a hill and the sewer and water line ran between two 100 year old protected trees and under a brittle retaining wall. Other contractors said the only way they could do it was a hand dig and came up with outrageous prices with one too scared of the job. Having American Water Resources coverage for my sewer line I had to use Richmond Construction. I could not be happier with the results. One phone call was all it took! From the first tech that showed up until the construction crew left a few days later, Richmond construction handled everything with good communication and professionalism.
