Took my PC in for a repair because it was beeping. It went in with two 1-gig sticks of RAM memory in it, and when it was returned to me, it only had two 512-meg sticks of RAM. When I contacted the store about the switch, they basically called me a liar, gave me a run-around, and refused to offer me a refund or my RAM back. I would be careful of taking your computer in, they also tried to charge me \$200 for a simple virus scan. Beware!

Poor service, turnaround time longer than originally told, they actually installed something wrong and had to take the computer back to fix their mess up and charged us for the time! Overall the cost was EXTREMELY high for poor service. We will NEVER use this company again. We began the process of filing a complaint and tried to have an arbiter resolve our issue, but the company was totally uncooperative. We didnt follow through with the process because it was so tedius, but did report it to the BBB.

Richmond Computer was very helpful when my hard drive crashed a few weeks ago. They were able to get all of my pictures and i-tunes off my computer and put them on a new hard drive along with my favorite programs. I was really happy with the service they provided and had my computer back in less than a week!
