They are fencing it in, while waiting on the date to tear it down. There are no more functions there any way.
We have been to several events here over the last 40+ years. Over the years the driving and parking have gotten worse for anything in the Coliseum area. Richmond has no public transportation except for public buses. When they get that problem solved maybe development in that area will be viable again.
Great place for people to stay over night no matter what the case was for it to happen and other people look out for each other their and some people from churches give the homeless living their food
