Terrible they mess up so much which causes my grandparents to not have medicine and they are so rude the receptionist. Vicky Jenkins doesn’t look at perceptions properly
Surely one of the best surgeries in Newport. Helpful reception staff are able to book appointments with doctors or nurses at quite short notice, and are really helpful with prescriptions (thank you Viv!). Doctors are interested in you as a person not just a jumble of symptoms. Dr Dexter takes time to understand what is going on and very considered and thoughtful in his approach to treatment.
I have been trying to phone in since 7.45 this morning and it keeps telling me they are closed.
I always think you should speak as you find, and both my wife and I have no problem with the service from the Doctors or admin staff at Richmond Clinic. We very rarely have any problem getting to see or speak to a doctor and the care I have received over the last 12 months in relation to a specific problem has been brilliant.
