I’m truly grateful for the care I received from nurse Jeshmin, and NP Soomin . During a very overwhelming moment for me, they were incredibly patient, attentive, and compassionate. They took the time to really listen to my concerns and made sure I felt heard and supported. Their calm and reassuring approach made a huge difference in helping me feel safe and stabilized. I had to take my 77 year old mom to Primary Urgent Care City Center twice this week. Our experience the second time was much better starting with the registration clerk Jashmin, she was very pleasant and kind. Sometimes all it takes for a frontline staff being helpful and caring. NP Jill Fuller was very thorough, I really appreciate her attentiveness. I gave it 4 stars due to wait times and the time it took to see a doctor which was approximately 3 hours which can be really difficult for seniors.

Got into a car accident with my toddler n 8month baby at the back of the car with me. My family doctor wasn’t in the office so I called Richmond urgent care, the front lady was super nice and helpful. It was hard for me to take kids around in the hospital for me, She suggested me to talk to the nurse from 811 first on the phone,and I did.
