A very important place for the people of Richmond.
My mom developed cellulitis on her leg. It was impossible to try to get an appointment in with her family Dr without making over 30 phone calls and waiting at least a week. I took her in to urgent care without waiting for the long ER lineups. Staff was very professional, wait time was very reasonable. She had to go in 3 days consecutively to complete her IV antibiotics as an outpatient. I had a 1.5-hour therapy session with Bopo, and it was incredibly helpful. Bopo is a thoughtful and compassionate therapist who really listened and guided me through my thoughts. I felt much lighter after the session. Highly recommended!
Outstanding service and clean facility. Felt safe and cared for, especially with my care for my mom with NP Bonn. He was very thurough and a great educator even for my mom who didn't know much English. Was truly impressed with his bedside care. Thank you Bonn!
I feel like I got a strep throat but Dr said 90% is not. No medication given and I was suffer in pain. Next day went to family dr and got medication for strep throat and I was slowly recovering. I was mad because strep throat is contiguous and I have a little one at home. Luckily my lo didn't get it.
