Got into a car accident with my toddler n 8month baby at the back of the car with me. My family doctor wasn’t in the office so I called Richmond urgent care, the front lady was super nice and helpful. It was hard for me to take kids around in the hospital for me, She suggested me to talk to the nurse from 811 first on the phone,and I did. If I could give a negative star, I absolutely would! This is the worst medical service I’ve ever experienced, and your front desk staff have zero empathy and professionalism whatsoever! It was 9:10 PM on Feb 3,2026, I rushed my son in for an urgent eye infection that had already become extremely severe—his eye was badly swollen and he was in obvious discomfort. Amazing experience with urgent care in pediatrics
Since my husband's family doctor was not in today, the clinic does not take walk in patients, we decided to drive to the Richmond City centre Urgent and Primary Care. Visited this place after more than 2 years, was pleasantly surprised how quick the check in was. Got the next # in line, the check in person was very polite and organized, triage nurse called us under 5 minutes, the doctor saw my husband within 20 minutes. All done in half an hour.
