I had the misfortune having having my car hit & run. I took my car to Richmond Chrysler Collision for the repairs. Estimator Roger was very thorough and explained everything that needed doing as well as pointing out previous damage that they could repair for me. He prepared an estimate and they also arranged a rental car for me. Manager Bill was very understanding of my needs and ensured the repairs were done to my satisfaction. The paint is a perfect match and flawless. I highly recommend this body shop. Thank you!
