The security at this mall has really gone downhill over the last couple years. You hardly see any security walking around and if they do they're usually not smiling and having their hands in their pocket. Their uniforms also look like crap as they're a lot of younger female security which is fine but their uniforms look like crap because it doesn't fit them and they're always walking around like they just don't care. It would be nice to see more professional looking security rather than the company that is currently doing it
A crazy guy was throwing chairs on the second floor food court area in RC mall. Called this company (the contractor security company). 10 mins no one comes.
Very bad service, i had bad experience dealing with the mall security.
Great mall and fantastic security staff!
