Honestly, one of the receptionists was not professional when it came to communication. I asked politely if they could add my husband to the eye exam schedule since we live far away. Instead of listening, she mentioned, “I know you wanted the ongoing promotion at LensCrafters,” and kept talking. I had to stop her and explain that it wasn’t about the promotion and that we simply travel a long distance.
