Cliff was great, very helpful
I walked in with an eye issue last week and was so impressed with the care I received. The front desk lady was very kind and arranged an appointment right away. Miss Christina, the assistant, was very helpful and made the exam easy and comfortable. Dr. Khanghura took the time to explain everything clearly and reassured me, which really put me at ease. Overall, a great experience — I truly appreciate the professional and caring service from the whole team
Preliminary tests/scans performed by two young people who both don’t seem to know what they’re doing. Front desk staff wasn’t particularly friendly. Told me over the phone they’d bill direct through insurance, then told me in person it was gonna take a while/ it wasn’t working. I chose them specifically based on a recommendation that they could bill directly. The staff at Richmond Centre Optometry is welcoming, helpful and competent. Dr. Bassi is all the above, professional and has a sense of humour. I'll be back next year.
