My mother is 88 years old and has complex medical conditions. She has undergone coronary artery bypass surgery, had her gallbladder removed, and suffers from high blood pressure, low blood pressure, sleep problems, and age-related cognitive decline. I’m writing this review because my experience with the receptionist at this clinic — a Mandarin-speaking woman — was incredibly frustrating, disorganized, and unprofessional. To begin with, she was extremely rude and clearly overwhelmed, but instead of handling things calmly and professionally, she responded with impatience and emotional outbursts. A receptionist so rude when I called. I’ve been with doctor Wang for 20 years. Wish they get a better front desk person who knows how to handle a client well.
One lady at front desk is so rude(unfortunately I didn’t get her name) she didn’t try her best to contact Dr.Wang. The way she answered me is not acceptable. I feel sorry to Dr.Wang to have a receptionist like her.
