Awful experience with this dealer (Richmond MG) on several occasions, and will be avoiding them like the plague in the future. And I submitted a complaint via their online contact form 2.5 weeks ago, and never heard anything back.

Always had positive experiences at this dealership. Most recently upgraded my car with Jack, who was excellent and helped us decide on a different car to what we originally were thinking.
