Dr. Kaminsky's nurse, Janet, lacks compassion, empathy and professionalism. On two occasions, Janet has refused to have the doctor call in life-saving prescriptions for my fiancé. Even though we jumped through hoops to get them a copy of his records from his prior doctor, they still will not prescribe his medications. They will schedule you for appointments and call and cancel. Then schedule you back to back appointments and then call you and tell you that insurance won't cover it so then they make you come back in the next day. So my mom. With back problems and alzheimers has to drive an extra 100 miles. Refused to allow her to pay privately. Refused full service.
