We chartered 2 boats for our family reunion. Guide was able to help one family member find parking and directed him down to join us. Most of us rode the city bus downtown to avoid parking issues. Knowledgeable guide allowed us to ask questions. Interesting history of Richmond included. Relaxing cruise on the canal.
Scheduler Joel promptly responded to my inquiry about the inclement weather policy, and offered a workable option. Our captain William was very professional, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and pleasant. He went above and beyond the call of duty to give my cousin detailed driving directions (around construction site) to a parking area near the dock.
