Dr. Richmond is one of the best surgeons I've ever had & I've had too many to count. He removed my thyroid & even called me personally afterwards to tell me he removed it just in time to beat having to have chemotherapy. I'd give him 10 if I could. He is most definitely an amazing, caring & personal man. Thanks, Doc! 🤗
Dr Richmond and his staff are very kind and caring. He is practical, professional AND has a great sense of humor. Performed a not-so-common surgery on me and did a fantastic job! I can't thank him enough for changing my life for the better!
Dr Richmond has been wonderful during my husband’s health issue. When doctors at another hospital did not take the time; Dr Richmond did. He took the time to thoroughly explain what we needed to know and understand about a tumor that was found. He sat down with us and walked us through the process. He listened to our concerns and addressed them. He is a wonderful doctor.
Dr. Richmond did my thyroid surgery 3 months ago, he did a great job. My scar is minimal and his after care was great. The office staff is super sweet, and helpful.
