Dr Richmond has been wonderful during my husband’s health issue. When doctors at another hospital did not take the time; Dr Richmond did. He took the time to thoroughly explain what we needed to know and understand about a tumor that was found. He sat down with us and walked us through the process. He listened to our concerns and addressed them. He is a wonderful doctor.
Dr. Richmond did my thyroid surgery 3 months ago, he did a great job. My scar is minimal and his after care was great. The office staff is super sweet, and helpful.

Dr. Richmond is amazing. From the first visit, he has been kind and considerate and reassuring. I chose to have a total thyroidectomy for Graves’ disease, and I couldn’t have had a better surgical team. He described everything that I wanted/needed to know, and he was there once I woke up. The team at CAMC did wonderfully, and I highly recommend them all!
