Todd and his crew went above and beyond to ensure that our fan speed was high enough, and recommended the appropriate route to remedy the situation right away when it wasn't. Richmond Mechanical is second to none in work done and customer service. They rush to get you an appointment, they are super nice, the owner is hands on and so very kind. They specialize in jobs that not everyone can do. We have an older forced air heating system that they are extremely familiar with and continue to train new employees to work on these heaters properly. Called with questions regarding Geo-Thermal vs Hvac installation an a new build. The staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable, from cost for both systems to the size of each unit required for my house. Pinpointed some issues I would have to address regarding how "tight" the house would be and how much it would cost to address these issues.
