It's a terrible place to visit an orthopedic doctor. Besides the co-pay, they bill you again for the doctor to talk to you for the same visit at the same office. Insurance pays for the visit besides the co-pay. Another bill for an office visit. What a cheat. During office visits, people talk to the doctor. Beware this place charges you again for the doctor to speak to you.
Very unhappy with this office. Waited over an hour and nobody told us anything. Nurse was also rude. Do not go here!!!
Saw Dr Ivey for a potential ankle sprain. He suggested x rays to check if broken. Found no break and diagnosed me for gout. Only to find out after from my PT it was a high ankle sprain. 2 weeks after got slapped with a $331 bill as I had not met my deductible yet. Paid for a misdiagnosis and problem wasn’t even treated by Dr Ivey. Unsatisfactory service in my opinion
