So far, the experience has been great. I like that each session is planned thoughtfully and having a personalized strengthening/stretch program sent home has been very helpful.
I had a few appointments with Meshwa. After the first session, I felt much better and noticed a significant reduction in pain. She is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything in detail. I really enjoy working with her.
