Took 4 days to do what was stated as a two day job, they blocked off the apartment parking lot to residents repeatedly when doing so wasn't necessary yet, and they also started an hour before they stated they would start, waking many people up to that god awful shaking and grinding sound at 7am. Whatever, they're legally within their right there, it's just rude. They left piles of construction refuse in resident's designated parking spots on more than one occasion, as well. Asphalt work was okay, but they didn't seal it and then said it wasn't in the scope of work. Who quotes asphalt work and not sealing? Terrible line painting. Not straight, spilled paint and didn't clean it up, couldn't even paint the speed bumps straight. Sent in a deficiency report and they refused to fix it. Offered a tiny discount and said pay or we will sue you. Do not recommend.
Not professional, Stay away
If you’re going to drive a company branded smart car in a Costco parking lot at 6pm on a Saturday night and floor it past children and families, not interested in trusting the company.
