The classes was really useful and my lactationist really friendly and helpful
We came to Kristi five weeks postpartum after trying everything to increase milk supply. I was only making half of what my baby needed. I was getting very frustrated with friends telling me just to eat oatmeal, or drink body armor, nothing was working. Kristi came in so kind, helpful, and supportive. I can't recommend Richmond Birth and Baby enough! For our second baby, I knew we would need some extra help, and I'm so glad we chose Kristi and her team. They quickly adapted when our birth didn't go to plan and we needed some extra overnight shifts, and all of the Doulas that supported us were incredible - huge thank you to Cody, Cierra, Autumn, and Abbey! I can't rave about Kristi and her knowledge enough! My husband and I are expecting our first child in February and we now feel like we are ready! During our class, Kristi was very kind, welcoming, and practical. No question is a dumb question to her and she will thoroughly answer your question with details! We left class feeling really good about the knowledge we gained and we are currently signed up for other services that Kristi provides! You will NOT be disappointed by any means with Richmond Birth & Baby!
The team at Richmond Birth & Baby made our transition to a family of four so much smoother. Kristi put me at ease when I was pregnant and planning for postpartum support and the dream team of Lindsey and Amanda surpassed all my expectations! I cannot recommend them enough - the team is so kind, easy to communicate with and truly baby experts.
