I recommend Richmond Balance for anyone who is looking for a motivating place to work out, but is trying to stay away from overcrowded gyms and template workout plans. The crew is welcoming and will meet you where you are at, without judgment. Their coaches are friendly, encouraging and very competent in regards to any issues (like injuries or other problem areas) you might face and other members are respectful of your workout and space in times of Covid-19. You won't regret giving it a try.
Great gym, cozy, wonderful environment, and awesome staff
Extremely convenient location for anyone living in the bottom. Has all of the essentials, no frills. There are no Hammer Strength machines here, if that's what you're into. Good, lowkey atmosphere, no distractions or people standing around socializing and taking up space like at other, larger gyms.
