A great local garage. George and Bill aligned my headlights efficiently, then took the time to go through a list of 'required repairs' I'd been given by a major chain mechanic. They explained clearly what each of them meant, and let me know which to keep an eye on and to return after a few thousand Ks for a check up. Honest, knowledgeable and straightforward. Highly recommend.
Had the best and easiest experience with Richmond Automotive. They were able to squeeze me in with a last minute booking and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The team was incredibly helpful, super friendly, and very well priced. They were super knowledgeable and able to fix issues other places haven’t. 4pm I get in my car and front tyre is flat. Call RACV they are sending a tow truck, I start calling repair shops near me. The first call was one of the big guys, they said they don’t have anyone to repair the tyre as the technicians knock off at 4pm - they are open until 5:30pm. Call Richmond Automotive and they say come and we will see if we can fix it. 20 mins later I’m back on the road! They were so helpful!
My husband Matt used Richmond Automotive for the first time last week after our car developed a significant issue. Bill was incredibly helpful. He used his diagnostic skills to identify the issue and link us in with an electronics whiz. He would not take any payment for is diagnostic work. This sort of honesty and kindness really took us aback! It is rare. We hope to be long time customers of his for this and future cars. Thank you Bill and the team at RA.
Had an amazing experience. I needed some help with my car lights and Bill fit me in at the very last minute of his day with the whole process taking under 10 minutes. Super professional, great service and was an incredible help. Would recommend for all your car needs!
