I had a fantastic experience at Richmond Automotive. Bill was incredibly friendly and professional. Despite his busy schedule, he managed to fit me in and get my roadworthy done in the next day. Had to get a service done - felt ripped off after cause - I paid $500 for a basic service which got done by an apprentice - car was leaking oil after. If i wasn't desperate i would've gone elsewhere My friend also went there and was over charged as well, definitely do your research before going to any mechanic in Melbourne.
After years of dealing with dodgy repairers that only care about ripping you off it has been a relief to finally have an auto repairer that cares about getting the problem fixed with no bullshit, and is happy to show you the faulty old part that caused the problem for peace of mind. Bill is a very good man that isn’t out to add extra charges where possible like every other mechanic you’ve regretted dealing with.
