I had a fantastic experience at Richmond Automotive. The team was professional, honest, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and made the whole experience stress-free. Their attention to detail and excellent customer service really stood out. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Richmond Automotive to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality service. Thanks again to the team!

Very trustworthy mechanic! I went to have them look at a strange noise in my engine. They guys at Richmond Automotive showed me the issue, told me what it would take to fix it, and how urgent it was. They managed to fix the issue with little work and they didn't charge me a thing! They could have HAD me then and there an I would have paid whatever they asked (which is what I'm used to with mechanics). A huge thank you to Bill. After hitting a massive pothole the night before, I was worried there may have been damage to my car and needed it checked at very short notice. Bill was incredibly helpful, fit me in, and thoroughly checked everything over. Thankfully I got extremely lucky with no issues (minus a few scratches). I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend Bill and the team for their excellent service!

A great local garage. George and Bill aligned my headlights efficiently, then took the time to go through a list of 'required repairs' I'd been given by a major chain mechanic. They explained clearly what each of them meant, and let me know which to keep an eye on and to return after a few thousand Ks for a check up. Honest, knowledgeable and straightforward. Highly recommend.

My husband Matt used Richmond Automotive for the first time last week after our car developed a significant issue. Bill was incredibly helpful. He used his diagnostic skills to identify the issue and link us in with an electronics whiz. He would not take any payment for is diagnostic work. This sort of honesty and kindness really took us aback! It is rare. We hope to be long time customers of his for this and future cars. Thank you Bill and the team at RA.
