I recently had two separate visits to Richmond Auto Service and Towing, and unfortunately, both were frustrating and disappointing. 1. Engine Light Issue: I was charged $591 to fix a check engine light, but the issue was never resolved. I called to schedule an appointment for state inspection and the professionalism of the individual who answered the phone was fantastic. He was efficient, friendly, and accommodated my request with no issue. For the actual appointment itself, my experience was the same, truly top notch. I highly recommend this facility and we’ll be going back for any of my maintenance with regard to my truck.
Every step of the way from towing my truck to the numerous required repairs everyone was extremely helpful, nice, friendly and took the time to explain what needed to be done and why. I highly recommend!
