We got towed to their shop, about an hour and a half before they closed while they diagnosed the issue, taking their time with virtually every tech there checking until the problem was found. Then it was their closing time. They all volunteered to stay behind and fix our Wrangler. We ran to get food, they went out to pickup the parts and had been installing when we got back around 7:30. I feel like I’ve finally found a shop I can trust because this was the smoothest experience I’ve had bringing my car anywhere. I appreciated that no one tried to push unnecessary services over the phone or in person, everyone was friendly, service and wait time was fast (even though I didn’t have a deadline), and I was updated during the whole process. I forget their name but the person helping me at the front counter was the best!!
The attention to detail and customer service was outstanding. I’m still beaming from how grateful I am. Went in for a long overdue oil change and walked out with, at no additional cost to me, a (single) tire rotation, cleaned windshields, and polished head lights. I have been known to avoid the auto shop because of times where I’ve been led to believe I need more work than I agreed to. This was the opposite.
