Went there to replace the rear rotors and brake pads. The service and price was great. Highly recommend.
Beware of Alvin he will lie to you. They charged me for an oil change and an inspection, both were never performed. Please look at the oil filter from 1 month ago and you decide. They will charge you for work and not do it. Beware of Exotic Auto Repair and Transmission Pompano Beach they are not credible in any way.
I spoke with someone from the shop over the phone about bringing my car in for a diagnostic and they assured me they’d be able to repair it and quoted me a reasonable price, insisting I tow my car to them. I agree to tow it in and the male there acted as though they were busy and asked me to just leave the car with him and said they’d call me later despite me getting there right at 9am. Great service and fair pricing. Byron made sure to diagnose the issue correctly and make sure I was not overpaying for parts I did not need to replace. He worked hard to get the car repaired quickly even when the dealership sent the wrong part he worked through the holiday to get it done since my family was down to one car. Definitely earned my business for life.
