Best auto repair shop within 100 miles Top notch. Solved two difficult VW problems quickly. Prices are extremely reasonable for the quality of work performed.
Absolutely Excellent! This was the first time I've used Doug Richmond's shop, and he took my car as quickly as possible. He actually found that there was nothing wrong with it, and continued to test it under several different circumstances, until he reassured me that there wasn't anything wrong, and just to bring it back if it happened again. Outstanding repair shop Doug Richmond and his crew of mechanics must have all been Boy Scouts, because they embody so many of the qualities named in the Scout Law. The words trustworthy, helpful, friendly, courteous, and thrifty all come to mind. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
