Jr. - for future references- nobody is into arguing with you, I mean there is no need to get on the defensive when a customer just asks a simple question. We were trying to ask you in and outs of how the condenser to our A/C of my car leaked freon so suddently, when the A/C was operating FINE the day I dropped my car off to you. My car has no history of blowing heat! Technically there are no words to describe this place of business without causing a serious mess of blame. I just plan to no longer come here ever again. I have no desire. If you call yourself to repair one thing, but another thing get damaged in the process..... I will not stand over you and baby sit your mechanics to make sure that everything comes of well- like it is suppose to come out without further damage to anything else. I just cannot STAND when any of my possessions got to be in other people's hands!
