This is the worst shopping experience with Richmond Toyota, located in the Richmond auto mall. I have been told that the waiting time is maximum for two years, However I have been waiting for three years, I still didn't receive it yet!

Very rude lady in the service department. Everytime the line is transfered over to her line. If you can't handle your job, leave and find another job. Pisses me off how effin ride she is.
Would have given it a 4because the salesman Surrender was super nice and accommodating. However, during the signing of the papers, Angie from finance and the insurance guy had attitude, so you leave feeling like you never want to go back. The car itself was fine. Angie tried to sell a warranty package that wasn't worth it so we turned it down. To which her attitude quickly changed as she was clearly upset and we felt like we weren't welcomed.
