Fraudulent sales practices and complete radio silence I am extremely disappointed with my experience at OpenRoad Toyota. I encountered highly misleading sales practices and a severe lack of financial disclosure. What makes it even worse is their complete lack of customer service. Super convenient to hit all the major players, just without BMW yet, had heard rumours. A whole newer area with Jaguar and Acura on that side but the star in my opinion is the Toyota, it's massive and with the sushi bar inside, it can't be beat haha. Amazing clean washrooms too, that's my go-to. Bets part is their lounge, lots of seating areas. The mall could use a few more food carts stands. Lots of parking on the sides compared to North Vancouver mall.
