I took my car here to get a windshield replacement and they made the process so easy for me. I'm a senior citizen and the workers treated me with respect and handled all the paperwork with my insurance company. I hope I don't have another broken car window, but I would definitely use Richmond Auto Glass again!
Richmond Auto Glass gets my highest recommendation. These guys did a great job on my auto glass, cleaned the glass out of my car so it was immaculate and handled my insurance calls. I wish all auto services could be like this. Don't hesitate to call these guys if you need a windshield.
These guys are five stars all the way! I cracked my windshield trying to scrape ice (grrrr!) and these guys took me right away and dealt with my insurance company for me. It couldn't have been easier. Also their shop was very nice compared to other shops I've been in. Nice guys, too!
