My experience with Richmond auto was totally not expected and extremly disappointing. Here are the details: - I came to the auto shop on 22nd October for safety certificate for my 2013 Prius. - The mechanic inspected the car and highlighted axle boot leaking grease and couple of headlight bulbs need replacing. I PAID $277 for the inspection. - I rectified the comments and called Richmond auto on 28th to get an appointment to verify and issue the safety certificate but they where busy for the whole week which will push me bey... read more

The staff are extremely professional and absolutely a breeze to deal with. Special shout out to the owner Steve who goes above and beyond for his customers —Hands down the best mechanic shop in Ottawa. They’re extremely accommodating, efficient, and honest with their pricing. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy mechanic.
