I highly recommend Richmond Animal Hospital because of the exceptional care and attention they provide, especially with my dog with special needs. My dog is very anxious and delicate, and they went above and beyond to make the experience as stress-free as possible. They scheduled me as the last client of the day to ensure a calm environment, handled my dog with patience and expertise, and demonstrated a deep understanding of the breed...something I haven’t experienced at other clinics.
