I really want to out 0 stars. I wouldnt take a Richmond home even if they gave it to me. I purchased my home new in 2020 and every year something has been broke or needed to be replaced. The whole south side of my house had to be re stucco cause it leaked water so bad. Months and months fighting to get that fixed correctly. Furnace went out after 4 years. Windows are bowed and dont shut correctly. Carpet has been coming up. Paint is garbage. I've had to replace all my electrical outlets cause they are loose and garbage quali... read more
Horrible experience with Richmond homes. Our master shower failed in 14 months. Months of going back and forth with warranty and they would not cover anything. Had to tear it out and put a new shower in all at our own cost.
These guys sell cheap homes and they don't seem to respond to warranty issues.
The negative reviews here are all hitting the mark. They're all buddy-buddy to get you in the door. Then once you commit to the purchase, they are unethical, lying, and deceitful. Do not purchase from RAH. A perfect home isn't worth the unwarranted and avoidable stress they are putting me through currently. Happy to dive into the details if anyone needs.
