These guys sell cheap homes and they don't seem to respond to warranty issues.
The negative reviews here are all hitting the mark. They're all buddy-buddy to get you in the door. Then once you commit to the purchase, they are unethical, lying, and deceitful. Do not purchase from RAH. A perfect home isn't worth the unwarranted and avoidable stress they are putting me through currently. Happy to dive into the details if anyone needs.
At first we had a great experience. But once we started building our home we noticed they put in the wrong counter tops in the master bath & we immediately alerted our sales rep & superintendent. They deferred to the design center since they put in the paperwork for materials. We tried to get in contact with the design center for MONTHS & had little luck.
