I am profoundly disappointed and frustrated with my experience purchasing a home from Richmond Homes (in St. Johns, Florida). Since the day of the build, I have encountered numerous unresolved issues, despite multiple requests for repairs. Our experience designing our American Richmond home was fun, exciting, and and couldn't have gone any smoother with Cara by our side. Cara is a true professional. She allowed us to make our choices along with her guidance. She was very thorough in explaining the whole process and prices for us. We came out of our design meeting feeling confident with our choices. We look forward to our newly designed Richmond American home. Thank You!
