Horrible staff and executives at Richmond American Homes. They are rude and do not know anything about customer service and how to treat people. When I escalated my matter. I was give the contact info of the VP of Operations, Tom Shumway. I left 4-5 messages on his office number but never got a call back. Then, I called his assistance/secretary and she probably passed on the message. When I got a call (a few weeks later), to no surprise. Tom was the rudest person I have ever spoken to.
