Got a bill after they billed the insurance company, couldn't pay it online, they just got their online system working last week, but they had already sent the debt to a debt collector which is costing another $220 more. Debt collector called me to the point I had to block their number, now the office won't call me back to remove the collection fees. If you want folks to pay the bill, make the online system work! Many of us can't call during the day. I'm not going to pay for any debt collection fees!
