Horrible do not get Richmond Alarms. They partnered with Johnson controls and my alarm went off one day and no one called to follow up. Their customer service is awful!

Worst monitoring company, I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes trying to put my fire alarm system on test, no one picks up the phone. Couldn’t preform my fire alarm inspection because The monitoring company wouldn’t answer the phone
