Used Richmond Air Conditioning Ltd. Thy installed two A/C with leaking pipes. I have been after them to fix the leaking pipes for 2years but they never come and fix. Once the work is done thats it. They dont come for after service. I tried to reach Ian for several times either the phone is not reachable or goes to voice mail. He doesnt check either whats app messages or SMS messages. Ian has keep me waiting more then two weeks for a job as he said a couple week ago will be attend the next couple days.I called and texting but no response .

I found Ian and his team professional from coming out to installing . They arrived on time and installed split air con units and one outside unit in a day. The installation is neat and tidy and all areas where they worked was cleaned and they left no mess. I can thoroughly recommend Ian and his team both on price, professional knowledge and explaing any questions asked.
