Richmark Pool Services are very reliable and do a professional job. They support opening, closing, and regular cleaning of the pool. Very happy as a customer.

Our spa froze last month due to pump failure, so we called a few places but no one was available to come immediately. The guys at Richmark picked up on the first ring and jumped at the opportunity to help us right away. When they arrived, their team worked tirelessly to pull the system apart and fix the issue, in -15c weather. Right from the first call to the moment the technicians left my home, they were very thorough and professional. Beyond pleased with their customer service, they now have a customer for life!
I've owned a pool for ten years now, and been through 4 different companies with Richmark being the 5th. They just opened my pool and were miles better than anyone else that has been here in the past. And trust me when I tell you, i'm a fussy person. They were clean, efficient, on time and it was obvious they knew their stuff.
