Richman Steel....what a waste of time! I’ve done business with them since they were in Smithfield, many years ago. Now the ladies in the office won’t even get up and offer to help....’unless you have a drawing’. I don’t have a drawing, I needed some suggestions, and I needed to buy some metal. They don’t do that either. No sales without a drawing. Maybe the wrong ladies are greeting customers on the front line, because I felt like my needs were an interruption of their morning. Oh well. 🤬
