I had a downstairs office and half bath converted to a bedroom and full bath. I could not be happier with the results. It took 2 1/2 weeks and the workers treated my home with respect the entire time. This company will not be your lowest or highest bid, but they should be the contractor you choose.

Working with Richlynn construction is a fantastic experience. Rich, Alex and their crew helped us turn our loft into an additional bedroom. They also installed a 20 foot tall stone fireplace facade with flanking shelves and cabinets in our living room. They did an outstanding job. Their pricing is very reasonable, the quality of the work is excellent and they follow through on everything they say they will do. We had an unfinished basement project in a 1970’s house, Alec came for the initial quote and we were very impressed by his knowledge, ideas and recommendations. Communication throughout the project was excellent, we were kept up to date with progress and timeframes. Rich, Alec and the team were very professional and looked after every detail, including dealing with permits and building inspectors. We highly recommend Richlynn and definitely will have them back for any future projects.
