We had an unfinished basement project in a 1970’s house, Alec came for the initial quote and we were very impressed by his knowledge, ideas and recommendations. Communication throughout the project was excellent, we were kept up to date with progress and timeframes. Rich, Alec and the team were very professional and looked after every detail, including dealing with permits and building inspectors. We highly recommend Richlynn and definitely will have them back for any future projects.
