Worst experience ever with a truck lift ..the 2500hd i bought, I took to the south county location.The guys at the store put the wrong lift kit on my truck ,I paid for a 7.5 lift kit the guys put a 3.5 on my truck ,,,I came to check the progress on my truck the guys cut the carpet fender we'lls,,and we're beating on my truck with a big sledge hammer ...I asked the store manager,,,what was going on the manager stated that they were trimming my truck ....they destroyed my firewall....I told the guy I was taking my truck didn't... read more
I needed to order 4 wheels and 4 tires. It was not a simple replacement. I wanted to change tire and wheel sizes but need help figuring out what will fit. I could tell tell I was just a bother to them. He kept telling me that what I want doesn't exist. But I see other people with the same combination all the time so I was asking follow up questions trying to understand my options. He just shut me down and said no repeatedly.
